Subscription and pricing

Schedule My Lessons is free to start and stays useful for free. This guide explains the trial, what's included on the free plan, and what Pro adds.

The free trial

Every new user gets a 14-day free trial with full access — every Pro feature unlocked, no credit card required. It's a chance to see whether the app fits your studio before you decide.

The free plan (after the trial)

When the trial ends, you drop to the free plan — and nothing you've made is deleted. It includes:

  • Up to 8 students
  • 1 schedule
  • Unlimited exports (free PDF and print exports include a small "Made with Schedule My Lessons" footer; spreadsheet exports are always clean)
  • All imports (Excel, CSV, Google Sheets)
  • Regular groups
  • Your data — nothing is ever removed

Pro

Pro unlocks all tools:

  • Unlimited students and schedules
  • Drag to rearrange lessons and breaks by hand
  • Locked time slots and smart group suggestions
  • Lesson balancing across your days
  • Backup & restore
  • Watermark-free exports

Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription — the annual plan is the better value (around half the monthly rate). You'll always see the exact price in your local currency in the App Store before you commit.

Billing, cancelling, and restoring

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and can be cancelled anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Switched phones or reinstalled? Tap Restore Purchases in the app's Settings to get Pro back.

Good to know

  • After the trial you move to the free plan. All your data stays; the free-tier limits just apply to new students and schedules going forward.
  • Pro is monthly or annual, with the annual plan discounted. The App Store shows your exact local price — VAT-inclusive in the EU — before you subscribe.
  • The 14-day trial needs no credit card.
  • You can cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Switched devices or reinstalled? Tap Restore Purchases in Settings and Pro comes right back.
