Settings

A quick tour of what you can adjust in Settings, from appearance to schedule defaults. Settings save automatically as you change them — there's no Save button to remember.

Appearance

Choose Light, Dark, or System (which follows your iPhone or iPad's setting). The whole app, including your timetables, adapts.

Time format

Switch between 12-hour (2:30 PM) and 24-hour (14:30). Your choice applies everywhere — the schedule grid, slot times, and every export.

Days shown in schedule

Choose how many day columns fill the screen at once: Auto, 3, 4, or 5. Auto fits all your teaching days; a fixed number gives wider, easier-to-read columns and lets the rest scroll sideways — especially handy on a phone with a busy week.

Schedule defaults

Set the working hours, lesson length, and break that new schedules start with, so you're not re-entering them every time. A global start/end applies to all days, and you can override any single day.

Subscription

See your current plan or trial status, view plans, manage your subscription, or restore purchases. See Subscription & pricing.

Your data & privacy

Anonymous usage analytics help improve the app and can be turned off here anytime. No student data is ever included — see Privacy & your data.

Good to know

  • Settings save automatically as you change them, with a brief "Saved" confirmation — there's no Save button.
  • Dark mode doesn't affect exports; PDFs use a clean, print-friendly layout regardless of your appearance setting.
  • "Days shown in schedule" controls how many days are visible before the grid scrolls sideways — fewer days means wider, more readable columns.
  • Schedule Defaults pre-fills new schedules with the working hours, lesson length, and break you set.
