Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Schedule My Lessons (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App.

Free trial and subscription

Schedule My Lessons offers a 30-day free trial of the Pro tier when you first download the App. No payment is required to start the trial.

After the trial period, continued access to Pro features requires an active subscription:

• Monthly: $4.99 per month
• Annual: $39.99 per year (approximately $3.33/month)

Prices shown are in USD. Actual prices may vary by region as determined by the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings.

No account required

No account is required to use Schedule My Lessons. All features work without signing in. Subscription status is managed through your Apple ID and can be restored across devices using the standard Restore Purchases flow.

Your data is yours

When your trial ends or your subscription lapses, your data is never deleted. The free tier limits will apply (up to 10 students, 1 schedule), but all of your existing data remains on your device and accessible to you. You are never locked out of your own data.

Free tier

The free tier is available to all users at no charge, with no time limit. Free tier features include: up to 10 students, 1 schedule, 1 export per schedule, CSV and Excel import, regular groups, and all export formats (PDF, Excel, CSV, Print). All free tier features are available offline, and all data stays on your device.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Schedule My Lessons only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable law, or that could damage, disable, or impair the App. You are solely responsible for the data you store in the App.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Schedule My Lessons. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Schedule My Lessons and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms of Use or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
